Our dedicated Project Management Team take any size project from design through to final Occupancy Certificate on a pre-set cost basis.
Our experienced Project Managers ensure they understand and deliver what is required from our clients and provide comprehensive regular updates until the project is fully completed. This service provides daily supervision of all trades involved in your works and includes all administration and client reporting on the organisation, progress and payment of your refurbishment.
BPC has draftsmen, designers and architects who will work with you to provide the outcome you are looking for. We help you select and liaise with these professionals to ensure the process is seamless and cost effective.
BPC has a number of constructors that we use on our own investments and we are happy to advise which ones would be the most appropriate and economical for your renovation project.
PLANNING AND SCHEDULING
It is important to understand from the outset of a project the time it will take until you can enjoy your newly renovated apartment. BPC schedules all tradesmen to ensure continuity of works.
CONTRACTS FOR WORKS
BPC’s Legal Team provides all contracts with our Project Management Team and your chosen Constructor.
BUDGETING AND FUNDS MANAGEMENT
Prior to the start of the project we will provide a comprehensive budget including a timeline for your payments.
CONTINUOUS SITE VISITS
One of the most important facets of BPC’s service is the regular, often daily, visits to oversee the works ensuring total compliance and the quality of workmanship of all trades.
PAYMENT OF ALL SERVICES
BPC will handle the payment of all trades and Constructors from your funds.
BPC will provide original invoices to verify all costs associated with your project. We do not accept any commission from any tradesmen or Constructors, or load any extra handling fees on invoices. BPC work on a set, pre-agreed feeprior to our engagement.
CONNECTION TO UTILITIES AND COMMUNITY OF NEIGHBOURS
An important part of BPC’s service is to help and support you with your utility applications and to make sure you understand your Community of Neighbours (Body Corporate) obligations.
REGISTRATIONS AND LEGISLATIVE CERTIFICATION, INCLUDING THE OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE
Total compliance with Local Authorities regulations is critical to the smooth running of your project. We will make all applications on your behalf up to the granting of your Apartment Occupancy Certificate.
A regular report on all managed works will be provided including in-depth reporting, videos & photographs.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
At BPC we do not think our job is done after you settle on your property or we hand over your refurbished apartment to you.
We understand from “first-hand experience” that things can go wrong or you can find yourself in an unusual predicament and may need a helping hand. We have had those gut-wrenching realisations that, we have locked our keys (and spare keys) in the apartment, couldn’t make a taxi driver understand directions, or in one case, couldn’t convince a car salesman that we wanted to really buy a car!
BPC provides assistance should you find yourself in any difficulty or arejust in need of advice on any matter. This may include things like the best way to obtain membership at Barcelona Football Club, finding a good restaurant or attraction, and so on.
